GENOTYPE × ENVIRONMENT INTERACTION AND STABILITY ANALYSIS FOR HIGH YIELDING DOUBLED HAPLOID LINES OF LOWLAND RICE

نویسندگان

چکیده

This study was aimed at obtaining information on the effects of G × E interaction yield among doubled haploid lines (DH) lowland rice and to obtain stable high yielding lines. The experiment conducted in 9 environments (E), namely Indramayu (2018), Subang Malang I II (2019), Blitar Cianjur Lombok Bali Madiun (2019). A randomized complete block design with 3 replications used each location. genotypes evaluated were fourteen two check varieties Ciherang Inpari 18. results combined analysis variance indicated significant genotype (G), environment (G E) interactions grain yield. G1, G4, G9, G10, G11, G12, G13, G14 DH had higher mean than average. Among those genotypes, line G9 classified as yielding, stable, widely adapted all locations based Francis Kannenberg, Finlay-Wilkinson, Eberhart-Russell, Kang, AMMI analyses.

Stability Analysis of Genotype × Environment Interaction Effect on Sugar Yield in Sugar Beet Hybrids

Testing plant varieties under different regions is necessary to assess their stability. In this study, 17 sugar beet genotypes were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with six replications in five regions including Karaj, Hamedan, Miandoab, Mashhad, and Shiraz. After checking the homogeneity of mean squares in five experiments by Bartlett’s test, analysis of the combined was per...

Analysis of Genotype × Environment Interaction for Seed Yield in Winter Rapeseed Cultivars and Lines Using Multivariate Method of Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction

Evaluation of the different genotypes under different environmental conditions helps plant breeders in detecting stable and high-yielding genotypes. In this regard, 13 winter rapeseed cultivars and lines were evaluated in a randomized complete block design with three replications in six experimental field stations of cold and temperate regions of Iran (Isfahan, Hamedan, Karaj, Kermanshah, Khoy ...
